Cloud Nine.

A state of unrealistic euphoria, halfway between dreaming and halfway between reality, the beginning of the end and the end of the beginning.

Or rather; the hub of the dreaming world, connecting the dreamscapes of every being and turning it into a plane, an existence where anything can happen. Sound like a paradise?

Try again.

Cloud Nine is filled with darker hints of reality and even dreaded dream worlds that are horrifying visions of the past, twisted and strange. These places are better known as nightmares, where monsters try to kill you and everything can and will go wrong.

The darkness spawning from nightmares is slowly eating up the rest of Cloud Nine, turning the whole realm into some disturbed, psychotic version of reality.

Be a dreamcatcher, a human who is sent to protect Cloud Nine from being overrun by the nightmare hordes, or join them in their dark quest to spread into the waking world.
